Here I share some of my favorite exercises with you,
that I learned in my courses
Calm Down
In this exercise, you follow the "triple warmer meridian" in the opposite direction. This reduces the fight-flight-freeze behavior in our body caused by stress.
An easy way to relax and relieve stress.
Center
This exercise helps to harmonize thoughts, emotions, and feelings and centers our body.
It's the perfect way to start the day.
CrossOver
The short version to bring the energy back into its natural "crossed" path.
Heaven & Earth
The Heaven & Earth exercise promotes the flow of Qi. We create a connection between the upper part, which corresponds to Yang and Heaven, and the lower part, which corresponds to Yin and Earth.
Aura Wave
This exercise stabilizes and adjusts the aura (energy body). Your own energy remains within your own aura
and "foreign" energy outside.
The aura is our protection from the outside world.
Cross vs Homolateral
External influences can cause the energy to drift off its natural path. This exercise helps to bring the energy back into its natural "crossed" path.
Everything flows in harmony again.
Ho`oponopono
Ho`oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice that helps us to "repair" situations (e.g. relationships with other people or with our own body ...) with the help of 4 mantras.
"I'm Sorry"
Apologize to yourself and/or a Person for EVERYTHING that weighs on your heart.
You clean up this includes everything that has to do with you, regardless of whether you originally contributed something to it or only became involved in some way later.
"Please Forgive Me"
Now ask for forgiveness for anything you contributed to this in any way.
Above all, you forgive yourself!
Let yourself be freed from everything you previously apologized for.
"Thanks"
Thank you and/ or the person
Be grateful for what you have learned.
Thanks Yourself for taking the first step towards healing the situation.
"I Love You"
Send love to yourself
and /or the person.
Oper your heart and watch the situation
with a loving heart.
