Energy Session 90 min.
Depending on the individual's needs, an energy session includes specifically selected methods – including spinal alignment, chakra balancing, quantum healing, shamanic techniques, and energetic decluttering.
Follow-Up Session – Go deeper, integrate, refine
In the follow-up session, we will specifically address the previously identified energetic imbalances. We will take a closer look, release deeper layers, and support you in integrating and stabilizing what you have already worked on. The focus is on refinement, readjustment, and energetic depth – always in alignment with your current needs.
Group Session – Shared energy, deep connection
In a group session, there are four to six people in the room at a time. This shared field creates a special, powerful energy that carries and supports each individual. I first work with the entire group and then approach each person individually to provide personalized support and provide targeted inspiration.
Cacao Ceremony
In a protected environment, we connect with the energy of cacao, which grounds you, opens your heart, and creates inner space for clarity and calm.
Accompanied by meditation, gentle sounds, and energy work, the ceremony helps you connect more deeply with yourself, release blockages, and gain new strength.
Forest Bathing with energetic accompaniment
Immerse yourself in the healing presence of the forest and feel the vibrant energy of our earth enveloping and nourishing you. I will guide you through this deep connection with gentle energy work that will allow your inner light to shine. Together, we will open spaces for transformation and spiritual growth. Thus, the forest becomes a sacred place where your soul can recharge and heal.
Online Group – energy work in the digital space
A powerful energetic field is also created in virtual space. Whether for companies or private groups, we create space for slowing down and collaborative energy work – location-independent and flexible.
Through guided meditation, energetic clearing, and collective alignment, we not only strengthen individual well-being but also community within the field. Each session is tailored to the needs of the group—be it for stress reduction, promoting intuition, or energetic team alignment.
